When we take time and use curiosity we open up to a new ways of thinking and feeling about problems and issues. We can tap into strategies that disrupt your default patterns of thinking. Their approach is about modelling self-kindness, so that you can create a more calm, caring and compassionate relationship with yourself.

A passion for helping women

Collective Wisdom Coaching and Consulting was born from Mel living life from a place of success exhaustion. During her career Mel has worked with hundreds of women who have told her the same story over and over again. The story of self-doubt, a lack of confidence and evidence that they are successful in life but feel too exhausted to enjoy it. Realising her passion is about helping women shift towards living in success alignment, Mel founded Collective Wisdom Coaching and Consulting and brings 30 years experience to share her wisdom, skills, knowledge and evidence to help you create the change you crave.
